Our Approach to Your Project

  • For new products, or for recipes needing updates, we start with a collaborative process to build a flavor profile and develop the recipe and production process.

Stage Output: A lab scale recipe, including qualitative and quantitative target metrics.

This stage is independent of ongoing production. You can put the project on hold or bring the recipe to another producer with no further commitment.

  • We take your recipe from lab-scale to a production size batch. This helps us determine the cost and production time for your project.

Stage Ouptut: Approximately 400 cases of your product to present to investors and distributors, and begin testing the market.

  • You and your distributors submit orders and we scale production to meet the demand. If your volume needs outstrip our capacity, we can subcontract with trusted producers in our network, or consult with your desired supplier.

Stage Output: Initial production, logistics support to ship to your distributor network, and a production and cost forecast based your projected demand.

  • We monitor production standards and consumer and distributor feedback to ensure that product quality is maintained and improved with each batch. Samples of each batch are kept in a production “library” for analysis if any issues are reported from the market.

Stage Output: Ongoing feedback and communication with you and our raw material suppliers to ensure that the distribution pipeline stays stocked.

Our Foundation: Liquid Quality

Quality is the core of our mission as a brewery. The decision was made on day one to prioritize our product quality from grain to glass:

  • Raw ingredient sourcing

  • Continuous monitoring of the brewing, fermentation, and packaging processes

  • Structured weekly sensory panel

  • Quantitative packaging and storage standards

We stake our reputation on this:

There is no brewery in Tennessee with a  better QA/QC program, or higher quality liquid.

Easy to get started:

Our minimum order quantity is 400 cases, scalable to truckload quantities per production run.

Transparent, simple pricing per case produced and per order for management services.

We’ve been passionate about brewing since day one, and we love bringing new products to market. If you are looking to produce a beer, seltzer, or non-alcoholic beverage without investing a full manufacturing plant, then let’s talk about what we can do together.
